This Sausage-Tater Crescent Pizza is a cozy, all-in-one dish that brings together breakfast favorites in an easy, sliceable form. A flaky Pillsbury™ crescent crust is topped with savory crumbled pork sausage, shredded hash brown potatoes, melty cheddar, and a seasoned egg mixture to help it set up perfectly in the oven. It’s not an egg bake but a home-baked breakfast pizza, where the eggs act as a binder for the rest of the toppings. It’s a great option for breakfast-for-dinner, relaxed weekend brunches, or anytime you want hearty comfort food without a lot of fuss.

This recipe brings together all your favorite breakfast ingredients to create a morning-ready twist on pizza.
Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet or Crescent Rolls: A simple shortcut that creates a soft, golden crust to hold all the toppings.
Bulk Ground Pork Sausage: This adds savory richness and protein. You can substitute any other ground sausage, like breakfast sausage or even mild or spicy Italian.
Frozen Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes: These bring hearty texture and a familiar breakfast flavor that pair naturally with sausage and eggs. Because they’re cut into thin shreds, the potatoes cook quickly; bigger pieces won’t fully cook in the time that this recipe takes.
Other Ingredients You’ll Need: Eggs bind the ingredients together, and milk helps the eggs bake up fluffy and tender. Shredded cheddar cheese adds yummy, melty texture; salt and pepper add seasoning and help bring out all the savory flavors of the dish.

Crumble sausage in a skillet and cook over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Make sure to drain it well—extra grease will cause the crust to be soggy.
Press a Pillsbury™ Crescent Dough Sheet into the bottom of an ungreased 13x9-inch ceramic or glass baking dish and about 1/2 inch up the sides. If using Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls, unroll the dough and separate into 4 rectangles before placing in the baking dish (they’ll be easier to transfer this way), making sure to seal all the perforations and edges so the eggy filling doesn’t leak out.
Spoon cooked sausage evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with shredded potatoes and cheddar cheese.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs with salt, pepper, and milk to create a “sauce” to pour over the toppings. As it bakes, it will turn into a custard that holds everything together.
Bake in a 375°F oven for 18 to 23 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are deep golden brown. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Any leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated for an easy breakfast later in the week.
Store leftover breakfast pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Be sure to store leftovers within 2 hours of finishing preparation.
We don’t recommend storing Sausage-Tater Crescent Pizza in the freezer, because the dough may get dense and soggy when thawed.
Reheat in a 350°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or microwave for 45 seconds and then in 15-second intervals, until hot.

If using dough sheet: Unroll dough. Place in ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) ceramic or glass baking dish. Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Place in ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) ceramic or glass baking dish. Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust; firmly press perforations and edges to seal.

Spoon sausage evenly over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and cheese. Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over cheese on crust.

Serve with fresh fruit on the side—the sweetness will complement the salty, savory flavors of the pizza.
