This Snoopy cookie bark comes together with just 3 ingredients—here’s what you need.
Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough: This handy, refrigerated dough makes baking fast and easy with no extra prep needed.
White Baking Chips: These creamy chips are made from cocoa butter, sugar, and milk fats—so while they’re not technically chocolate, they add a rich, sweet layer.
Chocolate Chips: Semisweet chocolate chips melt smoothly and offer just the right balance of sweetness. Dark or milk chocolate chips work well, depending on your taste.

Place and space cookie dough rounds on the bottom of the pan before pressing into an even layer. If sticky, use floured fingertips.
When microwaving white baking chips (or chocolate chips), heat in short intervals and stir often to avoid scorching. Use a small icing spatula to spread the melted chips evenly and reach all the corners.
Spoon melted chocolate into a food-storage bag, and snip a tiny corner (start small—you can always cut more). Pro tip: Try a practice paw print on waxed paper first.
Lining the pan with foil before baking makes it easy to lift out the cookie bark after it has been refrigerated. Gently break it into pieces for serving.
Here are the best ways we’ve tested to store your Snoopy cookie bark recipe.
Store cookie bark pieces in a single layer in covered container for up to 3 days.
Store cookie bark pieces in a covered container for up to 1 week. If stacking pieces, make sure the bark is completely set, then place waxed or parchment paper between layers.
Store as directed above, using a covered, freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
Remove frozen cookie bark pieces from container, and place in a single layer on a plate or tray. Let stand uncovered for about 10 minutes or until thawed.
With a few simple twists, you can make this Snoopy cookie bark your own.
Switch the Cookie Dough: Try a different Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Cookie Dough, like Sugar or Peanut Butter, for a new cookie base.
Change the Chips: Swap white baking chips with semisweet or dark chocolate chips for a richer, more indulgent treat.
Add Toppings: Sprinkle chopped nuts, toffee bits, or candy pieces on top of the melted chocolate for extra texture and flavor.
Make It Festive: Decorate with holiday-themed sprinkles or colorful seasonal candy shapes to match any occasion or celebration.

Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, leaving enough to hang over edges of pan. Spray bottom and sides of foil with cooking spray. Press cookie dough evenly in bottom of pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until edges and center are set and golden brown. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 30 minutes.

In medium microwavable bowl, microwave white baking chips uncovered on High 60 seconds, stir. Continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until melted and smooth. Pour and evenly spread over cooled cookie base.

In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High 30 seconds, stir. Continue heating in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Spoon melted chocolate into a small resealable food-storage plastic bag; partially seal bag. Cut a small tip from corner of bag; pipe chocolate onto bark in paw print pattern. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

Remove from pan by lifting foil; peel away. Gently break into pieces. Store in a single layer in covered container.

To easily line your pan with foil, turn the pan upside down and drape a sheet of foil over the bottom, leaving some extra length on the sides. Gently press the foil to shape it around the outside of the pan, then lift it off. Flip the pan upright and fit the shaped foil inside, pressing it into the corners. When you are ready, simply lift the cookie bark out using the foil, peel it back, and break into pieces. Bonus: Cleanup is a breeze.
Let cookie bark set completely before breaking into pieces to keep layers clean.
