In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 30 to 60 seconds or until thick and smooth.

Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
Recipe Tips
Don’t over-blend your milkshake. If you blend a little too long, the mixture will become a thin juice consistency. If you happen to blend too long, add some ice and additional yogurt to bulk back up the recipe.
Feel free to experiment with your milk selection. This recipe works well with regular milk, nut-based milks, and coconut milk which I happen to love.
