With just a few extra ingredients, you can make this Pillsbury Bake-Off® finalist recipe! This dessert uses easy-to-find ingredients, so you can get your s’mores fix any time of year.
Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls: Crescent dough makes this recipe ultra-easy! Easy to work with, crescents make the base of this s’more dessert.
Marshmallows: These are key to any good s’more! It’s best to use large marshmallows for the most filling in your cups. They’ll melt into a gooey, delicious center inside of your crescent puffs, so don’t skimp on size! Vegan marshmallows work just as well as regular marshmallows, but be advised that the rest of this recipe is not vegan.
Milk Chocolate Candy Bars: Any kind of milk chocolate candy bars will work for this recipe, so use your favorite! If you want to switch things up for a slightly less-sweet version, you can use dark chocolate instead.
Other Ingredients You’ll Need: Graham cracker crumbs go on the outside of the cups as a light coating, and they bring in the final flavor of a classic s’more. You can buy pre-crushed graham cracker crumbs, or crush the crackers yourself. Butter creates a nice golden finish on your crescent rolls and helps the graham crackers to stick to the top of the roll.
This recipe is easy and kid-friendly! Here is a summary of what to do, but when you’re ready to bake, see the full instructions below!
Spray 16 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray. Separate dough into 16 triangles.
For each roll, place 1 marshmallow on the shortest side of the triangle. Top with 2 squares of chocolate. Starting with the shortest side of the triangle, fold corners of dough over marshmallow and chocolate, then roll to opposite point, completely covering marshmallow and chocolate. Pinch the dough to seal well.
Dip rolls in melted butter and roll in cracker crumbs to coat. Place in muffin cups.
Place pans on a sheet of foil or baking sheet to catch any spills. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375°F or until golden brown. Immediately remove from muffin cups with a fork and serve warm.
Leftovers make excellent treats for later! This recipe can be consumed at room temperature, from the fridge, or you can reheat for a warm bite.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Place 1 marshmallow on shortest side of each triangle. Top with 2 squares of chocolate candy. Starting with shortest side of triangle, fold corners of dough over marshmallow and chocolate, then roll to opposite point, completely covering marshmallow and chocolate; pinch dough to seal well.

Dip each roll in or brush with melted butter; roll in cracker crumbs to coat. Place in muffin cups.

Place pans on sheet of foil or baking sheet (to catch any spills); bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from muffin cups; serve warm.

One cup of milk chocolate chips can be used in place of the candy bars. Use 1 tablespoon of chips along with each marshmallow.
To make prep a little less messy, you can use a pastry brush to cover the dough in butter instead of dipping.
